Why I Developed It

For nearly three decades, my career as a speaker agent, manager, consultant, and advisor was built on commission.

I only got paid when someone booked a speaker. That creates a unique perspective. 

Over the years, I noticed that great speakers were losing bookings for reasons they couldn't see.

The speaker often assumed the problem was one thing. The market saw something different.
